Rates are starting to rise and much of the industry believes that they’ll continue to go higher. How high do you think interest rates for a 30-year FRM will go in 2022?
I’m an optimist — rates will dip back below 3.0%
I agree with what the MBA is projecting — rates will hit 4.0% (at least)
I agree with the GSEs’ forecast — rates will rise, but stay below 4.0%
I don’t expect much change — rates will continue to hover around 3.0%
